  3. Itinerary for the week Depart from School @ 0915. Come straight to the hall with your bags, sign the register and hand in any medicines. Arrive @ Grenville (Unpack, Tour of site, Fire drill). The children will need to bring a packed lunch with them. Monday pm – 1 Activity Tuesday – 2 Activities Wednesday - 2 Activities Thursday - 2 Activities Friday 1 Activity, Clean up, depart 1400 Arrive at Pinhoe School @ 1530

  4. Daily Routine Morning Afternoon 0800 Breakfast 1330 Activity 2 0930 Activity 1 1630 Pack up 1230 Lunch 1730 Dinner Evening 1900 Fun Activity

  5. Programme for the week ACTIVITIES Children will have the opportunity to participate in 8 activities Kayaking, Canoeing, Abseiling, Indoor Climbing, Raft building, High ropes, Orienteering and Team building Evening activities- DVD, Quiz, Games outside, Harbour walk

  6. Activities • There will be approximately 7 groups with 7-8 children in each group • There will be an instructor with each group • There will be 7 adults from school with the group. • Mr Pike, Ms Redwood, Mrs Frankum, Mrs Gill, Miss Gill

  7. Safety • Buildings covered by a fire detection and protection system, which is certified to L2 standard • Fire drills are carried out upon arrival of a group and all the equipment is checked weekly • For safety and comfort there is a no smoking policy covering the whole of the site • All staff are CRB checked • Instructors are fully qualified and experienced in the activities that they deliver as well as being first aiders • Access is controlled via coded locks on all doors to the buildings • We are the only party staying at the centre

  8. Food Breakfast – Cereal, Toast and Orange Juice Lunch- Sandwiches, Crisps, Biscuits, Fruit and Soft Drinks Evening- Cooked dinner Hot Chocolate is available in the evening before bedtime- No tea or coffee Children will be expected to help out at meal times!
