User Accessibility Issues • The Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) of the World Wide Web Consortium has an excellent online document "How People with Disabilities Use the Web". • The section on Scenarios of People with Disabilities Using the Web explains how specific disabilities affect user access to the web.
