  3. MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online, or MEDLARS Online) is a bibliographic database of life sciences and biomedical information. It includes bibliographic information for articles from academic journals covering medicine, nursing, pharmacy, dentistry, veterinary medicine, and health care PubMedis a free search engine accessing primarily the MEDLINEdatabase of references and abstracts on life sciences and biomedical topics. PubMed comprises more than 27 million citations for biomedical literature from MEDLINE, life science journals, and online books. Citations may include links to full-text content from PubMed Central and publisher web sites.

About Hinari Hinari Access to Research for Health Programme provides free or very low cost online access to the major journals in biomedical and related social sciences to local, not-for-profit institutions in developing countries. Hinari was launched in January 2002, with some 1500 journals from 6 major publishers: Blackwell, Elsevier Science, the Harcourt Worldwide STM Group, Wolters Kluwer International Health & Science, Springer Verlag and John Wiley Hinari was developed in the framework of the Health InterNetwork, introduced by the United Nations' Secretary General Kofi Annan at the UN Millennium Summit in the year 2000.

  5. What is BanglaJOL?BanglaJOL is a database of journals published in Bangladesh, covering the full range of academic disciplines. The objective of BanglaJOL is to give greater visibility to the participating journals, and to the research they convey. Bangladesh Journals OnLine (BanglaJOL) is a service to provide access to Bangladesh published research, and increase worldwide knowledge of indigenous scholarship.
