Summariser • Mohni talking to a woman in the marketplace (Heera). She says she is watching Gurdial and Bissen She can predict things that will happen • Heera Instructs Mohni to keep Sohni safe from Gulbaru and Darshana • Gurdial tells Jeevan that he is meeting up with Sohni; Jeevan warns him to be careful • They see an argument between a soldier and a man concealing a gun and the soldier kills the man • Bissen seeing things from the point of view of both the British and the revolutionaries • Bissen notices a blue butterfly then Heera appears immediately afterwards • He tells her about the woman he loves in England (Lillian) and Heera warns him to make sure his love for opium doesn't outgrow his love for Lillian
Bumps into Gurdial and Jeevan on the way to the post office and they are asking him about the war • UdhamSingh is visiting the orphanage (he grew up there) • Jeevan makes new friends (the revolutionaries) • Bissen is at the post office asking about a letter that hasn't arrived when he sees Heera again. • She tells him that the letter will come and when it does he must leave India immediately • Jeevan is meeting up with his new friends which makes Gurdial jealous • Gurdial is worried about him becoming involved in rebellious activities • Jeevan meets a man called Hans Raj who manipulates Jeevan to agreeing with their cause
