  10. Intel will be Contracting with Fabrinet This is part of a ‘Bay’ in the photo, each bay is 10,000 sq. ft. Folks can contract a full bay, half bay or even ¼ bay like us

  11. Each Bay has 2 AHU’s (Air Handling Unit) associated with it, so the room can be easily split in half

  12. Services are located ‘Above’ the Clean Rooms

  13. Cooling Water Fed to Air Handlers

  14. Air Feeds (dual) to each Clean Room Bay Note Roof Insulation

  15. Central Vacuum- For a portion of 1 Building
