Monday Afternoon • Activate your e-mail account (9am-5pm, Computing suite, Hugh Owen Library); • Get your library card (2pm - 5pm, Issue Desk, HO Library); • Visit the Trade Fair in the Students’ Union (10am - 4pm). • Opportunity to find out about modules in other departments (Arts Centre, 1.30 – 5pm) • Effective Learning Sessions – time according to surname (see Welcome to Aberystwyth brochure) • 5 pm Meeting for Welsh Medium Students in IGES. C2, Llandinam Building.

It is possible to change degree schemes: Now Usually up to 4 weeks into term At the end of your 1st year (subject to satisfactory results in your semester exams) If you are registered for F800 and wish to move to L700 or F840, this could be left until the end of your first year. What you need to do now • Read the safety regulations in the handbook, fill in the declaration and bring it to registration tomorrow • Complete the medical questionnaire and bring it to registration tomorrow • Take the registration form with you, think about the option module you want to take, and bring the completed form with you to registration tomorrow • Read the fieldwork safety regulations, sign the declaration (Appendix 2) and bring it to registration tomorrow • Don’t forget the social evening tonight!
