Multi Site Multi Organization Concept • Site wise concept for multiple sites implementation using a central server • Facility managers being able to view any location data quickly by selecting the location/Site on top • User privileges can be set defining the sites to be viewed and restricted to each every user and in each and every site.

  4. eFACiLiTY - Space Management • Space Management helps in ensuring effective and efficient use of space available in a facility. • Space Management system helps in tracking the space available in the facility and allocate space to departments and employees in an efficient manner, track occupancy for utilization analysis and reporting, help in department or project or account wise charge back and accounting leading to an efficiently managed space.

  6. Space Management System • Spaces Group • The Space available can be grouped by various Space Groups for the ease of identifying and categorization. The space groups required can be defined using this interface

Space Management System • Maintain Inventory of all Spaces • eFACiLiTY – Space Management System has the ability to create and manage Space Inventory along with their floor-plans • Auto CAD drawings could be converted into flash files and will be uploaded in eFACiLiTY against the respective floor/building • All the spaces present in the space inventory shall be displayed in the form of a tree structure in the order of their level • Using Space search, a space shall be identified from the space inventory

Space Management System • Visual Booking Components • eFACiLiTY – Space Management System provides the visual booking components with Floor Plan Designer and Visual Allocation interfaces • Floor plan designer helps in representing a space over the floor drawing in a graphical manner and link the same to the respective space details • The visual Allocation interface allows us to graphically view a space over the floor drawing and allows us to book an available space • Visual floor plan helps to locate each and every occupant/employee in an organization. The space occupied by every department will be highlighted over the floor plan thus the occupied and available space can be identified easily
