  1. Which Brand Of Bubble Gum Do Third Graders Like The Best

  2. Purpose The reason we are doing this project is to see which bubble gum tastes the best we are doing the 5 bubble gum the Extra bubble gum and Orbit bubble gum. Hypothesis We think that Extra bubble gum will taste the best because it is juicy and flavored so we think it will taste the best.

  3. Materials • First we need to buy 2 packs of Extra bubble gum • 2 packs of Trident bubble gum • 2 packs of Orbit bubble gum • 3 papers labeled A, B, C • Offices • Pencils, and ballots marked A, B , and C. A was Extra bubble gum B was Trident bubble gum C was Orbit bubble gum.

  4. The Procedures First , we bought 2 packs of Extra bubble gum , then we bought 2 packs of Trident bubble gum , and 2 packs of Orbit bubble gum . Then, we got 3 pieces of paper Finally, we had 13 people try all 3 kinds of bubble gum and vote on their favorite. After voting we counted all the votes and orbit won.

  6. Conclusion Our experiment turned out the way it did because Orbits flavor lasts longer and it is softer. Our hypothesis was wrong. If we were to do this experiment again, we would do more flavors, and let them chew it longer so they can get all the flavor out of the gum. We would also stay with the same brand and change the flavors to watermelon, strawberry and orange.

  7. Acknowledgements We would like to thank our parents for buying the bubble gum and our teacher for buying 1 pack of Extra bubble gum. We want to thank the judges for judging our project.
