FAFSA Completions for Fall 2020 College Admissions The Ohio Department of Higher Education encourages Ohio districts and schools to participate in the Ohio FAFSA Completion Initiative. This initiative allows access to student FAFSA completion data to help encourage graduating seniors to complete their FAFSA application. • A communication will be sent to the district superintendent from the Management Council Ohio Education Computer Network (MCOECN) in September. • Once the district superintendent receives the communication and completes the electronic data use agreement, s/he will have the option of assigning a FAFSA Coordinator that will be able to use the site to search and download names of students with a completed FAFSA application on file.
