  1. Warm- up • What is not a function of the pelvis as it relates to the hip? • Protection • Muscle Insertion • Muscle Origin • List 3 different anatomical structures we talked about for the pelvis and femur.

  3. Obj: create a spreadsheet with muscle location, motions created, and exercises Vocabulary: Objective Vocabulary

  4. Muscles • Create movement • Add some padding • Have an origin and insertion • Cause movement at the joint they cross

  5. Spreadsheet Create a spreadsheet for the muscles of the hip with the following information • Muscle • Origin • Insertion • Main Movement • Secondary Movement (if applicable) • Exercises

  6. Diagram Use the the skeleton page to draw and label the muscles and muscle location.
