  1. DTIAtlasFiberAnalyzer • Open-source, friendly user software • Applies an atlas fibers to all datasets • Extracts the Fiber profiles and gathers all the information • Display all the informations by plotting datas • GUI include the tool DTIParametrization • Can be called with or without graphical user interface.

  2. DTIAtlasFiberAnalyzer Step 1 : Defining data parameter 1- Enter the Csv filename 2- Or create a new Csv 3- Csv table representation 4- Modifiy the table  (add/delete a row/column) 5- Number which column will  represent Datas, Deformation or Case's name 6- Save or delete Csv 7- Choose an Output Folder 8- Go to next step or compute  all if all required information  are specified 9- Navigate through each step 10- File menu : Save or Load  parameters files to provide  required informations

  3. DTIAtlasFiberAnalyzer Plotting Window 1- Curve's information exctracted from fiber's .fvp file. 2- Choose which curve you      want to be displayed 3- Curve's display 4- Width pixel option for      each type of curves      (Cases, Atlas,Stat) 5- Define axis scales. 6- Compute correlation and      set a threshold above      which each curves will be     displayed red.

  4. FiberViewerLight • Light version of the FiberViewer tool • Quicker clustering methods such as : Length, Gravity, Hausdorff, Mean and Normalized Cut • 3D visualization by lines instead of tubes • Save your modified fiber in a VTK file

  5. FiberViewerLight Length Method 1- Histogram of the distribution of length     and number of bars     option. 2- Thresholding options     and computation     button. 3- Go to previous step 4- Visualization widget     (red = long fibers,     blue = short fibers)
