2. LTG Mary Legere is the 4th female Three Star General in the United States Army’s 240-year history. Promoted to Lieutenant General in April 2012, she is the Army’s Senior Intelligence Officer and Principal Advisor on Intelligence and Security Policy, Programs and Operations for the Secretary of the Army and Army Chief of Staff.
