Support Structure • WP7 Software need a lightweight support structure • NetworkCost suite is the only “external” module of WP7 • NetworkCost results are computed from a central MySQL Database • Iteam Representative is the entry point (bugzilla) • 2 additional trained engineers to cover overloads and holidays
