BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY 2/2 The respondent of this research is 22 teachers from the Pre-Internationally Standardized School or RSBI in Malang This research is conducted between 2009 until 2010
THE AIM OF THE RESEARCH To examine how the English teachers see the opportunities that they have got to study overseas
METHOD This research used a questionaire with three question that is stated in the research statement. The questions are given before the 22 teachers start their sandwich study and collected as they return to their home country

CONCLUSIONS The 22 teachers who are participating in the sandwich study program feel that the opportunity to study overseas is exiting where most of themexpectedto getnew experience and increasted their professionalism
