Data • 2 HD video files were provided by Motorola • ~ 1 hr each, 1280x720 • Center portion of each processed by SVS 3.6.5 (current capability) at 320x240 • Cropping (sub-windowing) not currently supported • Resulting faces were ~25 pixels ear-to-ear • This is at the low end for SVS, limiting performance • Many faces were not clear due to heavy compression 1 2

Performance • Ingestion time: 1.6 hrs • Quad core 2.6GHz • Analytic: Face Capture plus shirt color • Video 1: • 590 faces captured • Shirt color recorded • 13% False Positives • Video 2: • 333 faces captured • 7% False Positives • Hit Rate unknown • Ground truth (true face count) not available

  6. 4.0 test • Same video files were ingested to 4.0 (next release) People Search prototype • Search on facial attributes • Glasses, Baldness, Head (hat/hair) color, Skin tone, Torso texture & color • Order results by rank or time • Same conditions as 3.6.5 • Downsample entire image to 320x240
