Bunker Hill • Battle of Bunker Hill – June, 1775 • Boston – Colonial fighters, low on ammo, took a high position on Breed’s Hill. British General Gage attacked and dislodged the colonials, killing 140. However British casualties were high 226 dead, 1000+ wounded
