When You Get Here… • Regular Campus Arrivals (August 21): • Rented loft pieces will be in your room ready for you to set-up as you wish! • Regular Honors Arrivals (August 20): • Rented loft pieces will be in your room ready for you to set up as you wish! • Early Arrivals (Before Regular Arrival Dates): • Loft pieces will be delivered to your room on Monday, August 18. • Until then, college-provided beds will be available for your comfort. Room Setup Ideas: • Lofting both beds creates space underneath for your futon, TV, chairs, fridge, desks, etc. • Talk to your new roommate about futons, microwaves, TVs, refrigerators, rugs, lamps, etc. • Most of these items both roommates only need one of! • Talk to your roommate BEFORE you purchase a loft, especially if you plan on having an L-shaped set-up. Hall Assignments • Approximately 50% of first year student women will be in Sensenbrenner Hall. • Approximately 50% of first year student men will be in Burke Hall. Campus Living
Move-in Information • Majority of students move-in on Thursday, August 21 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. • Move-in assistance: Kunkel’s Crew • Proceed to Schneider Field. • Bring your Knightline password and SNC ID number! Campus Living
Residence Halls Close–First Semester • Residence halls will close on Saturday, December 13, 2014 for first semester. • Residence halls open during Long Weekend and Thanksgiving break. • Need to notify REH staff! Campus Living
Housing Agreement • Housing Agreement must be signed by all students before moving into a residence hall! • Students will receive an email to the agreement online after assignments are made. • Agreement has all REH policies and procedures. Campus Living

Quiet Hours WHAT? WHEN? 10:30pm-9am Weeknights (Su-Th) Midnight-9am Weekends (Fr-Sa) Keeping noise levels reduced. Sound should not be heard more than 2 doors away from source. Policies WHY? Courtesy Hours To avoid disturbing other residents and to maintain a respectful community. Maintaining a reasonable level of noise 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Alcohol, Drugs, & Pets Alcohol/Drugs Pets No pets (except fish) are allowed in the residence halls. This includes “visiting” pets! National, State, and Local laws apply to all students, faculty, and staff. Policies Smoking/Tobacco Smoking and chewing tobacco are prohibited except within 7 feet of urns.
