University Learning Forums Approach • Two Types of Forums • Central Administration – educate Central Administration staff on the capabilities of the system and how PeopleSoft modules integrate data. • Audience: Division of Finance Staff • Campus – provide an overview of the PeopleSoft Financials functionality and a demonstration of the system before attending training. • Audience: Campus Staff, Central Administration Staff (as needed), Healthcare Staff (Note – Healthcare “Lunch and Learn” Series is already in progress) • Participation Options • In-Person (Limited Opportunities) • Facilitated by Project Team members. • Presentation Materials, Live System Demo’s • 2 Hours in Length • Self-Paced via Project Compass Website • Will follow In-Person Sessions by a couple of weeks Emory – Project Compass

What You Can Do Now to Prepare • Read Project Compass communications distributed via e-mail • Compass Spotlights – bi-weekly • Compass Directions Newsletter – bi-monthly • Share information with co-workers in your area • Post newsletters, spotlights, or flyers, on the bulletin board • Raise awareness amongst your staff and/or peers • Encourage conversation about Project Compass in staff meetings • Managers/Supervisors - use the Project Compass Management Bulletin to discuss project status with your staff • Complete the Self-Paced Overview available on the Project Compass website • Start thinking about things that will change • Forms that include FAS numbers, department numbers, website links to FinWeb, forms, financial related requests Emory – Project Compass
