  7. So What Does that Mean for You?

  8. Deadline Format Submission • The information that you submit does NOT change • The deadline that you MUST submit information to League does NOT change • The format in which you submit the information DOES change.

  10. Association Contact Information • This is to ensure that the league has all the appropriate and current information to contact various positions within your association

  16. New Method – Complete Excel Spreadsheet Simply fill in Excel Spreadsheet with all declared teams and add team code. Save and send to Jodi

  17. Ice Slot Submission • In order for the league to schedule games, we need each association to submit 12 ice slots per team, that is 4 slots in tiering round and 8 slots for regular season

  20. Prior Method – Bulk Ice Used • This is what Jodi would send back to associations once schedules complete, gave unused ice back quickly.

  21. What Pointstreak requires for Schedule Upload Format: • This is the format that Jodi will have to use to upload schedules into the system, therefore date and time formats from ice schedulers are extremely important

New Method –Complete Excel Spreadsheet • Simply enter all your slots for all your teams in the according page, remembering to ensure that you have still the minimum for all teams, 4 slots in tiering round, 8 in regular season. For example if you have 2 PeeWee and 2 Bantam teams which use 2 hour ice slots, you would need 16 ice slots in tiering round (4 teams x 4 ice slots) and 32 ice slots for regular season ( 4 teams x 8 ice slots)
