  6. Over Provisioning of the bandwidth Demand in Asia is roughly 10 Gbps now. Issue: How can we bridge the gap? Healthy business of telecom carriers should be protected.

Joint Projects between China and Japan • Demand of Gigabit China-Japan Network should be clarified. • New joint projects between China and Japan are expected, though the other countries may be added. • Joint projects with early introduction are highly encouraged. • Workshop might be planned for reporting the achievements of the joint projects.
