Mental/Emo Health Triangle Social Physical Health: is the combination of physical, mental/emotional, and social well-being. Health Triangle: should be balanced and includes mental/emotional, social, and physical health.
Physical Health: how well your body functions. Mental/Emotional Health: how well you meet the demands of daily life, and your ability to process information. Social Health: the way you get along with others.
Health continuum Also known as the Wellness Scale. Review: What does the wellness scale look like? Name the 2 extremes on the scale. What are some other areas you can find on the scale?
