  6. History • July 1992 - established under a decision of Senate • 1994 – permission to offer doctoral studies in economics • October 2002 - completion of the new building • 2003 – leading management faculty at universities of technology • 2004 – accreditation by State Commission

Why should one choose to study at our Faculty? • The youngest Faculty and 100 year of Gdansk University of Technology – 1904 – 1945 - 2004/2005 • Management and marketing at the Univ. of Technology – why not? • Wide range of programms (BSc, Eng, MSc) – full and part time studies • Labour market expectations

Student profile • They learn the ability to: • analyse business environment and internal resources • plan development strategies and policies • elaborate marketing strategies, production management, HR and finance management • They are familiar with a number of technology subject • project management methods • wide computer and language skills

Studies • full – time - Master Engineer programme (after the 5th semester students choose between undergraduate course (+ 2 semesters) or postgraduate course (+ 5 semesters) • full – time complementary Master programme three, four and five semesters • part – time Engineering programme • part - time complementary Master programme
