  3. Browsing Hardware by Brand Click on the desired command button to view the product page

  4. Browsing Hardware by Brand - Filter Columns Click on down-arrow to filter the column to the desired spec

  5. Browsing Hardware by Brand - Side by Side Step 2 - Click on the Side by Side Comparison button Step 1 - Highlight the cells of the configurations to compare Step 3 - Comparison populates automatically. Important note: In order for the side by side macro to work, the configuration rows must be next to each other. The macro will not work for example if the control key is used to select configurations that are separate from each other with rows in between. The user can continue to filter the columns until the desired configurations are next to each other in order to perform the side by side comparison, or the rows can be hidden within the Excel spreadsheet to get the desired configurations are next to each other.

  6. Browsing Hardware by Brand - Other Functions Clear Filters - resets all columns without having to do it manually Go to Main - return back to the main Solutions Book landing page

  7. Browsing Top Options by Family Click on Lenovo Options

  8. Browsing Top Options by Family Click on the Family Name to view the Top Options on the right.

  9. Browsing Targus Products Click on Targus

  10. Browsing Targus Products Click on the product category to jump to the selected Targus products below. Click on the hyperlinks to view more information on the Internet.

  11. Browsing Services Click on Lenovo Services

  12. Browsing Services Click on down-arrow to filter the column by Machine Name or Machine Type (first four digits of a system part number) The types of available services will be shown for the selected product

  13. Searching the Solutions Book by Part Number Click on Search By Part Number

  14. Searching the Solutions Book by Part Number Enter the Part Number in the field and click find… …You will be brought directly to the part number or you will be informed if the part number is not found.
