Q.S.I.C - Methodology • We work with our clients management teams, map and review the current situation and historical data then map and quantify the business potentials and develop a detailed improvement plan for optimizing the business. • Timing is projected over 3 phases and will vary depending on size of the business. Example: • ANALYSIS period 3 to 4 weeks • IMPLEMENTATION period 15 to 26 weeks • FOLLOW – UP period 4 to 8 weeks.
