Channin, NWU (Requirements/Architecture) Pat Mongkolwat, NWU (Architecture/software) Skip Talbot, NWU (software) Alex Kogan, NWU (software) Vladiamir Kleper, NWU (software) • Software: • Integration of Slicer3’s 3D rendering and module functionality into a 2D clinical workstation • Implementation of Slicer3’s logic and MRML through a new GUI built for clinical efficiency via the .NET framework • A custom MRML scene changing the volume representation from three plane cut planes to a six plane “cube” with an extra oblique slice plane Steve Pieper, Isomics (Architecture/software) Alex (?) Computer exhibit – RSNA 2006 Expected Date for RSNA: November 2007 Accomplished by end of Programming Week • Better understanding of: • Slicer3’s GUI, widgets, MRML scene, and logic separation (replace Tk/Tcl logic with C++?) • RAS, IJK, and slice 3D space systems • Slicer3’s image data reading and volume writing (sharing image data set between Slicer3 and Translation Workstation) • Deployment of modified Slicer3 builds
