Habitat • The wood frogs habitat is in a forest. • They live a forest that has lots of trees so they can blend in. • There skin is brown like a tree’s bark.
Food • The wood frog eats flies and dragonflies, and also spiders. • They eat these because there long tong will make it easy to catch them when they are flying and they can chew hard. • But they need to watch out.
Predators / Hunters • Wood frogs need to watch out because raccoons will eat them. • Snakes will also eat them. • That’s why they need to blend in.
Fun Facts • A wood frog can grow up to three inches. • They are hard to see since they are brown. • A female wood frog can lay up to hundreds (Maybe five hundred) of eggs.
