Find and Secure Internship • Obtain an Offer Letter / Email • Complete the Service Provider MOU (New Provider) • Meet with Program Manager • Activate Internship Tab on YCareers • Complete Online Application Form • Meet with Internship Coordinator (Academic Department) • Complete Learning Agreement (Objectives & Evidence) • Make sure that objectives and evidence are documented • Submit Your Resume / Complete a Mock Interview • Make sure it is an Approved Professional Resume • Complete Interview on Interview Stream Process & Documents

Visas • Make sure applications are done ahead of time • Travel Documents • DS2019 for International Students - Signed • Travel Advisory • Students not permitted to travel to unsafe destinations – only nationals • Insurance / Emergencies • Check with Travel Services • Check if Services are located close to provider • Medical condition; international travel is not recommended Travel requirements
