Ingrid Norris is our host. She is explaining the procedures of how the shelter takes in animals and processes them.
The Vet has to draw blood and check the animals for diseases and illnesses. Here is Grace drawing blood from Bailey
The animal then gets a bath. Here is Richard giving Bailey a bath.
The animals need daily walks. Here is Candace walking Bailey.
Ms. Norris is showing us how to stuff the treat balls (congs) for the dogs.
Here we are in the large kennel on the Large adoption floor. We are getting ready to start the clicker training.
Yonnua & Austin are stuffing the kongs with the slimy dog food.

Nichole is decorating the kitty condo with Meow’s and hearts.
The puppy was loving all this attention from John & Dominick!
Nichole & Nicholas are having fun clicker training the dogs.
Bryson & Robin are enjoying their time at the animal shelter.
Here is Bryson & Robin doing clicker training. This large white dog was so good and so pretty!
I think he would make a great pet for someone! We need to get the word out to the public that these animals need good homes to love and care for them.
Nicholas is feeding a dog for showing good behavior during clicker training.
These are our Kitty Condo’s that we made. I think the cats at the shelter will enjoy their newly decorated homes!
Our class learned a lot about what we can do to spread the word in helping the animal shelter help the homeless animals of Spartanburg County.
