  1. Case no.38- Bone transport in tandem • 37 year old malay male involved with road traffic accident • Sustained severe Grade 3 open fracture tibia and fibula with extensive bone loss

  2. Initiialy had AO ext fixator followed by muscle flap doneSubsquently had bone transport done in tandem with Orthofix fixator

  3. Progress of bifocal bone transport in tandem

  4. Immediate exchange nailing to unreamed nail four month later by retrograde route

  5. Complete union of bone and fused ankle

  6. Happy patient with leg salvaged
