BOOK PACKET (Periodicals) • published in regular intervals. • Registered with the Registrar of Newspapers of India New Delhi • The registration number should be printed on the cover page or wrapper. • SAMPLE OR PATTERN PACKETS • specimen or sample, but not saleable quantum.

REGD NEWSPAPER • published in regular intervals • not more than 31 days • bonafide list of subscribers • Should be registered with Registrar of Newspaper of India and with the Department of Posts • WPP facility available

BLIND LITERATURE PACKETS [Max weight – 7 kg free postage] • Braille Script • CDs useful to Blind • PARCELS[Max weight – 20 kg At BO upto 10 Kg] • Home delivery charges above 5 kg. – Rs.5/- • Should not contain more than one communication • Should be registered if the weight exceeds 4 kg.
