BOOK PACKET (Periodicals) • published in regular intervals. • Registered with the Registrar of Newspapers of India New Delhi • The registration number should be printed on the cover page or wrapper. • SAMPLE OR PATTERN PACKETS • specimen or sample, but not saleable quantum.
