  3. Consortia work in Norway • Started out in 1995 • Consortia work was in the beginning initiated by random factors

  4. Focus on the consortia work from many quarters • ABM-utvikling was created in 2003 • Public Libraries – a new player/participant • University Libraries – licensing group • College Libraries – licensing group • Research Libraries

Wish List from the Libraries – selection and principles • Existing deals • Potential high number of participants • Wanted by several categories of libraries • ABM-utvikling retains control • Resources that are not selected must be reported back in on the wish list the following year • Only resources requested through the wish list will be selected
