Where do peoplecelebrateHalloween? • USA, Canada – generally • 31st October • Children dress up in Halloween costumes of ghosts, witches, etc. and go to the neighbour´s houses and are given sweets, fruit or money. They typically carve lanterns out of pumpkins – they hollow out the pumpkin and carve scary faces, lit by a candle inside.
