  2. Agenda • Beach Clean-Up • PAT • Relay for Life

  3. The BeachClean-Up • Obviously, the clean-up was cancelled… • Would you guys like to schedule it for another time?

  4. PAT • The potluck dinner is set for April 20th from 5:30 – 7 pm. • Marissa will be sending out invites to the mail address you gave on your application • They will be sent over Spring Break—you should get them by the 2nd—and you must RSVP by April 9th (the first Friday that we are back) • You can give any suggestions, etc. to Marissa after the meeting

  5. Relay for Life • It is on May 1st – May 2nd from 2 pm – 8 am • Times were changed, but only by an hour • Please plan to be there by 12:30 pm on the 1st • It is on the SHS Football Field/Stadium • If you are going to participate with LSSC: • Raise your $100 - Thank you Cherish for already raising all your money!! • Sign up online at http://main.acsevents.org/goto/lssc (or google Relay for Life 2010 Sarasota) • We have come up with a definite plan for what we are selling & how we are decorating at Relay…

Food/Drinks • Sandwiches (when we first open, lunch-ish) • Glowing Jello Shots: is anyone willing to try to make these/experiment? • Eggrolls and Fried Rice (not offered until later, like 6 pm, dinner-ish) • Canada Dry/Gingerale • Energy Drinks Decorations • Black tarp with stars painted on with Glow in the Dark paint • One small tent for our stuff and SOME sleeping • Larger tent for glow-in-the-dark (GITD) play: Fog machine, strobe light, black lights, techno music, GITD bubbles

  7. Have a good Spring Break!!!! See you back here on Tuesday, April 13th at 2:30 pm! Please bring all your costume ideas so that Kristen may help you with them at that meeting!
