  2. MPS Status • Final report is in review • Hidden Fire Test is being offered by Underwriters Laboratory • One agent / hardware combination is nearing approval (Halotron)

  3. Extinguisher Labeling • Approved extinguishers will be marked as follows: • FAA Approved. Meets the Minimum Performance Standards for handheld fire extinguishers as defined in report DOT/FAA/AR-01/37 • Wording will be located under the UL rating block (similar to marine extinguishers)
