Vest (Former President of MIT) • OCW looks counter-intuitive in a market-driven world. • It expresses our belief in the way education can be advanced — by constantly widening access to information and by inspiring others to participate. • OCW will help to raise the quality of higher education in every corner of the globe.

Instructors are encouraged to adopt FETP’s curricular materials for use in their own courses. • TheFulbright Schoolparticipates with other academic institutions in Vietnam to promote the use of innovative long-distance learningactivities.
