Meeting Goals • What we want to accomplish today: • Match needs and wants (info consumers) with our capabilities (content \ information products) • define our users (first as groups more than individuals) • define and prioritize our information assets ( prioritization matrix ) • What we don’t want to tackle today: • design • sub site content • content management (we know your and our things are out of date)
