  7. Peaceful confrontation with Police force at the gate to Sewage Treatment Plant – we were not allowed to cross this line to get our lunch we have all paid for

  9. Runoff from Energy Park will be directed along the CN rail line

  10. 30 meters along the rail line with runoff (& outfalls from SWM) will be donated to Municipality that will be responsible for this land –big deal and lots of headache to maintain it!
