Team PI Charter • SDLC Method (s): • Rational Unified Process • Integrated Defintion (IDEF) • Information Engineering • Problem/Mission Statement: • Our mission is to research and analyze different application development methodologies and determine which three we feel we should elaborate on and further research Project Dates:February 2011 - May 2011  Sponsor: Temple University • Objectives: • Research and analyze possible application and development methodologies • Determine three best options • Communicate possible benefits of determined methodologies • Choose the best possible method for chosen industry Estimated Project Costs: 5 hours per week 3 members $100 per hour 10 weeks total Approximately $15000 • Scope: • To research and understand three different processes to be able to produce the deliverables Team Members: Thomas Preston Sulay Desai Joseph Klein • Deliverables: • 10 page analysis paper • 10 minute PowerPoint presentation  • Blog to centralize all information collected on the project
