  2. Snug Harbor Story Snug Harbor was a place that was supposed to be originally built in Manhattan but was instead built in Staten island. Snug Harbor was for retired sailors, men who were aged or decrepit would live in Snug Harbor.

  3. The Equipment We Used Sony Voice Recorder Sony Digital Camera Spirit Box Zoom Voice Recorder IPhone App Digital Infrared Thermometer Mel-Meter

  4. Sony Voice Recorder I would highly advise you use a voice recorder mainly a Sony voice recorder because the sound quality was very clear. This voice recorder was very easy to use. You will need a voice recorder if you ever go on Ghost adventures, mainly because you will not be able to hear the ghost IF it talks, you will need to hear it from the voice recording.

  5. Digital Infrared Thermometer I would use one of these mainly because this is the kind of thermometer I used and it made my life a lot easier. You will need one of these because you can measure the temperature of an area at one spot, if you ever get cold from that same spot then you could point the thermometer and check the temperature again, if it had a lower temperature than before you just might have something paranormal on your hands.

  6. Electronic voice phenomenon are sounds found on electronic recordings which resemble speech, but are reportedly not the result of intentional recording or rendering. EVP are commonly found in recordings with static, stray radio transmissions, and background noise. Recordings of EVP are often produced by increasing the gain of the recording equipment.

  8. Spirit Box A spirit box is basically a device we used on Tuesday to speak to the Ghost. The spirit box allows you to talk to ghost by having radio frequencies go from station to station, while it goes from station to station you can hear little bits and pieces of a ghost saying either a number or a word.

  9. What is Ghost hunting? Ghost hunting is the process of investigating locations that are reported to be haunted by ghosts. Typically, a ghost hunting team will attempt to collect evidence claimed to be supportive of paranormal activity.

  10. Summary This Enrichment week was honestly one of the best Enrichment weeks I've ever had at Innovation. I had a lot of fun with my group. At first I thought it was going to be whack, but actually GOING ghost hunting changed my opinion. I had a lot of fun and I HIGHLY recommend bringing this enrichment back.
