Three years after front-line treatment, serum CA-125 level elevated from 5.7 to 6.1, 9.3 and 12.8 U/ml. As such, FDG-PET/CT was performed and showed a 1.6 cm nodule over retro-cava space (SUVmax= 3.3).Secondary cytoreductive surgery was performed and a retroperitoneum tumor located beneath inferior vena cava was removed. The pathology report proved to be metastatic serous papillary adenocarcinoma. Key Words : Ovarian cancer, CA-125, FDG, PET/CT
