Ar and Mi Aim: To inspire and support teachers and school counsellors in the planning and delivery of safety and health education Ideal: • good safety and health attitudes and habits should be developed in school • it is important to encourage children to take a constructive part in safety and health work at an early stage of their school careers
Ar and Mi Part of a national campaign and strategy at a national level. Legislation: • Primary School Act: high priority to teaching of SH, incorporated into several primary school subjects • Secondary School: some curricula include obligatory teaching in OSH, as part of related modules or optional module • Vocational colleges: curriculum includes obligatory OSH modules
