Learning outcomes in QA Lithuanian case There are six evaluation areas to be evaluated in study programme evaluation procedure. Programme aims and learning outcomes: • are well defined, clear and publicly accessible; • are based on the academic and/or professional requirements, public needs and the needs of the labor market; • are consistent with the type and level of studies and the level of qualifications offered; • the name of the programme, its learning outcomes, content and the qualifications offered are compatible with each other.
Criteria Learning outcomes have to be: Well defined (specific, measurable, attainable, results-oriented, time-bound); Clear (understandable for students, teachers, employers); Publicly accessible (publicresources (informationpublications, websites, etc.) containingthedescriptionof the programme aims and learning outcomes).
Criteria LO are Based on requirements and needs • How LO are defined and reviewed? • How HEI learns about the needs? • What are requirements and expectations for the graduate? • How often LO are reviewed? Are teachers, students, graduates, employers involved?
Criteria LO are Consistent with type and level bachelor or master? qualification frameworks, university or college? descriptors for study cycles

Student centered learning • Mainly covered by evaluation area The process of studies and assessment; • Criteria are formulated in more general way taking into account study process in broad sense without specific focus on student centered learning; • Experts attention is paid into this aspect during briefing, evaluation process. • A room for improvement.....
