  2. Student Research Week • THIS WEEK! • Events on campus include speakers, symposiums, and competitions! • Go to: srw.tamu.edu for more information!

  3. BIG EVENT! • Saturday, March 24 • Meet in front of G. Rollie White • If you have not yet signed up but would like to participate, you can sign up the morning of Big Event • You must do it with ESG to get a service point!

  4. April Bulletin Board Decoration • Those who have not done the bulletin board yet and graduating seniors have priority • Topics: ~Stress Awareness Month ~National Allergy Week ~Distracted Driving Awareness Week • To get a Service point (actual decoration)-must be able to attend Sunday, April 1st from 2-4 pm • Please sign up after the meeting!

  6. Officer Nominations • Interested in being an officer for ESG next year? • Nominations will take place at the next meeting! (Apr 3) • Officer positions include President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, & Historian

  8. PDIE • April 17 at 5:30 pm • In the lobby area in Read (between the racquetball courts) • Great opportunity to speak to professionals involved in health fields

  9. ESG Chapter Banquet • April 28 from 5-7 pm • Koldus 110 & 111 • Dinner will be served!  • Guest tickets will be available for $15 each at the next meeting- limited number available (first come first serve)

  10. ESG Initiation for new members! • May 1 at 5:30 pm in Read 274 • You must have 8 POINTS! • We are doing it separate from the banquet because we have a script we have to read- we want the banquet to be fun and enjoyable for you all!
