  2. What is Lync? • It’s like Skype! • Instant messenger • Video call • Voice call • Share your desktop

  3. Lync Etiquette • Be aware that everything you do and say on a video call is visible / audible to ALL participants in the meeting • If you are not speaking, mute yourself so others do not hear the background noise • Everything you do and say is just as noticeable as if you were in the same room

  4. Easy to Login Your Sign-in address is your Office 365 email address. Typically that means: firstname.lastname@granderie.ca

  5. Add Contacts • Search for Grand Erie members • Instant Message, Call, Video Call, Email, Schedule Meeting • Add to Contact Lists
