Belarus is my native country. I am very proud of my country, that’s why I want to tell you about travelling in Belarus. I want to tell you about ten marvelous places in Belarus, the places, which you will never forget if you see them.
The first one is Minsk. Minsk is a capital of Belarus. If you come in Belarus, this city can become the center of your travelling!
The second is Braslav Lakes. They are famous as one of the most marvelous places for rest in Belarus. There are unusual landscapes,the unique nature and fresh air in the forest. This place is popular not only with byelorussians, but also with foreign tourists.
The third is The Bialowieza Forest. It is the only place in the Earth, where saved the natural environment of habitation and numerous population of the aurochs.
The fourth is The Castle of Mir. It is in the list of UNESCO of the world heritage.
The fifth is The Brest Fortress. It was the first who took the strike of the german aggression in 1941.
The biospher reserve in Pripyat is the sixth place which you should visit. It is situated on the south of Belarus. This Reserve offers you to travel in the wild forests, rivers and dikes, which are one of the biggest centers of tourism.
The seventh is The Minsk Sea. You think that there is no sea in Belarus. There is a huge Zaslavskiy reservoir only in 25 km from Minsk which is called Minsk sea. It became one of the favourite places for rest.
The next one is Nesvizh. The real masterpiece of architectural art is located in Nesvizh. It dates back to the early 13th century. Thanks to Radzivill Princes, Nesvizh became world renowned, as they chose this quiet place as the place of their residence. As a result, they completely changed the look of the town, having added the spirit of art to every corner of Nesvizh.
The ninth place is Kossovo – sounds not much Belarusian? Still it is a small Belarusian town, where you can feel the spirit of history after visiting the ancient castle.
And the last one is St Anna Cathedral.The unique piece of architecture, dating back to 1792 can be found near Vitebsk. St Anna Cathedral was designed by Robert and Anna Bzhestowski. Today it is also famous for the arboretum with beautiful statues all over the place.
