Try to avoid putting text over the bottom-right corner you can move text onto a new line by press Shift+Return
Try not to overfill a page no more than 6 lines of level 1 text where possible if more is required, reduce font size to no less than 16pt
Ensure that maroon bullets are used
Avoid using swooshy animations, fade-in is fine
Avoid clip-art where possible (take into account the target audience)
Consult the comms style guide for advice on hyphenation, bullet lists etc
