That people have the freedom to choose the services and supports they need, authority to control limited resources, and take responsibility for the decisions they make.

General Information • Who is eligible for Developmental Programs services? • An individual is eligible to receive services if: • An individual has a diagnosis of intellectual disability before the age of 22 and • Has significant functional limitations in two or more skill areas • and • Has scored 70 or below on a standardized intelligence test.
