  3. 2b. Describe one key role that Canada has played within the UN. • Peacekeeping – Canada has been involved in more peacekeeping missions than any other country. • We will learn a little more about peacekeeping later!

  4. 3a. List the four principles that govern the activities of CIDA • CIDA – Canadian International Development Agency • 4 Principles: • Deal with poverty first • Promote development • Help people to help themselves • Build partnerships
