  8. 1.Working group • The main body to implementtasks: • review the ETU 1996 -bring new information on the basis ofother survey results, - evaluated methodologies, input for other healthsurveys for the future. - do any necessary methodological preparation work and, as far as possible, carry out a pilot health interview survey.

  11. 2.Preparation of questioning instruments • Elaboration of questionnaire, using - EHIS 1996 (What modules correspond exactly to EHIS 1996, which have been modified) - Eurostat core moduls (which modules going to be modified as regards Eurostat modules) • Preparation of interview manual • Translation of this instruments

  12. 2.Preparation of legal regulations and IT solutions • Application from Estonian data Protection Inspectorate • Legal solutions for taking the sampling frame • Elaboration of data input file • IT solutions for CAPI

  13. 2.Fieldwork Summary • Fieldwork- Collection of data (collection, coding, input, data quality checking, analysis) • Summary - Submission of data, methodology of survey and questionnaire
