YOU! • NGO/CSW/NY is a 99.9% volunteer organization with 2 part-time staff and interns. • Volunteers must be motivated, consistent and available. • Open to all members, including YP and new members. Can we agree on an attendance policy?
WHO? • Work in collaboration with CoNGO and 2 other NGO/CSW committees in Geneva and Vienna • NY Planning committee co-chairs are Soon-Young Yoon, Mary Ann Tarantula, and Victoria Edmonds. • _________________ • Each working group has co-chairs. The Executive Committee must make all financial decisions and guides the process
What? Planning committee plans 11 days, including Consultation Day on 26 February (9 – 5:00 pm) Can we call this the CSW NGO Forum? 1. Program (for 11 days) 2. Logistics (includes rooms, sound and interpretation 3. Social Media, communications and publicity
4. Handbook – needs only 2-3 more people • 5. Reception – 28 February 6 – 8 pm • 6. Registration –badges, security, on site • 7. Packets • 8. Other….

When and Where are meetings? • Every first and third Monday of the month (except December 12) • 12:00 – 1:30 pm small working groups • 1:30 -2:00 pm reporting back with everyone • Venue usually at Baha'i offices, 866 UN Plaza
